1. Is Gohub a company?

Gohub is a service of Movment Hub, Inc. Movement Hub is a not-for-profit organization founded in early 2008.

2. How much does the service cost?

Membership is free. Users are only charged for selling products or services through the Gohub Exchange.

• 10% sales fee on all product and apparel sales through the Gohub Exchange
• 3.5% sales fee on online financial transactions (including donations) through the Gohub Exchange
• Posting Needs and Resources to the Gohub Exchange is free.

Refund and Return Policy

Merchandise or Products

Merchandise or Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase to the seller in the same condition as received for a complete refund from the seller. All refund requests are directed to the seller. Movement Hub is not responsible for refunds, exchanges, or returns or mediating any disputes between the buyer and seller. Please refer to the terms of use.

Please include your full name, billing address, phone, and the credit card name, number and expiration used to purchase the product when contacting the seller.

Movement Hub provides market creation, merchandising, and transaction services through gohub.org. The handling and delivery of non-digital merchandise and services is the responsibility of the seller. The buyers are instructed to know their merchants and seek references and referrals through the community and networks, and other available sources. Movement Hub does not distribute or ship product (except for digital products), handle disputes between buyers and sellers, or provide product support in any way.

Modification

Movement Hub reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of this Policy at any time without notice.
