Movement Hub, Inc. ("Movement Hub") operates gohub (the "Site"), to provide online access to the products, services, and opportunities we provide (the "Service"). By accessing and using this Site, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth herein ("Terms of Use"). Additional terms and conditions applicable to specific areas of this Site or to particular content or transactions are also posted in particular areas of the Site and, together with these Terms of Use, govern your use of those areas, content or transactions. These Terms of Use, together with applicable additional terms and conditions, are referred to as this "Agreement." Movement Hub reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified. The last date these Terms of Use were revised is set forth below.
1. Use of Site.
You may use the Service, the Site, and the information, writings, images and/or other works that you see, hear or otherwise experience on the Site (singly or collectively, the "Content") solely for your non-commercial, personal purposes and/or to learn about Movement Hub products and services. No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you, whether as a result of downloading such Content or otherwise. Movement Hub reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content. Except as expressly authorized by this Agreement, you may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the Site or the Service, except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use.
Movement Hub provides market creation, merchandising, and transaction services through the Site. The handling and delivery of non-digital merchandise and services is the responsibility of the seller. The buyers are instructed to know their merchants and seek references and referrals through the community and networks, and other available sources. Movement Hub does not distribute or ship product (except for digital products), handle disputes between buyers and sellers, or provide product support in any way.
2. Copyright.
The Site and the Content are protected by U.S. copyright laws, and belong to Movement Hub or its partners, affiliates, contributors or third parties. The copyrights in the Content are owned by Movement Hub or other copyright owners who have authorized their use on the Site. You may download and reprint Content for non-commercial, non-public, personal use only. You may not manipulate or alter in any way images or other Content on the Site without specific permission from Movement Hub or the copyright owner.
3. Trademarks.
You are prohibited from using any of the marks or logos appearing throughout the Site without permission from the trademark owner, except as permitted by applicable law.
4. Links to Third-Party Web Sites.
Links on the Site to third party web sites or information are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the Site. Such links do not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Movement Hub of the third party, the third-party web site, or the information contained therein. Movement Hub is not responsible for the availability of any such web sites. Movement Hub is not responsible or liable for any such web site or the content thereon. If you use the links to the web sites of Movement Hub affiliates or service providers, you will leave the Site, and will be subject to the terms of use and privacy policy applicable to those web sites.
5. Linking to this Site.
Unless specifically authorized by Movement Hub, you may not create links or connect "deep links" to the Site, i.e, create links to this site that bypass the home page or other parts of the Site. You may not mirror or frame the home page or any other pages of this Site on any other web site or web page.
6. Downloading Files.
Movement Hub cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection by software viruses or other harmful computer code, files or programs.
7. Content.
- Movement Hub Does Not Screen Content. Movement Hub does not pre-screen Content posted on the Site.
- Responsibility for Content.
- You acknowledge and agree that all information, code, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, pictures, graphics, video, chat, messages, files, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person or entity posting or transmitting that Content. Thus, if another user or Movement Hub partner makes available content via the gohub Service, that person is responsible for the Content. Movement Hub does not control Content posted on or transmitted via the gohub Service, and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any Content. You acknowledge and agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.
- You agree that you, and not Movement Hub, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, send to your mobile phone, email or otherwise transmit via the gohub Service; and that you either own or have sufficient rights in the Content to perform such action.
- License to Content You Make Available. With respect to any Content posted by or in connection with the gohub Service, you grant Movement Hub a world-wide, royalty free, perpetual, license to use, copy, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, create compilations including, create derivative works of, and distribute such Content to publish and promote such Content in connection with the gohub Service. Such license shall apply with respect to any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
8. Prohibited Conduct.
- You agree that you will not use gohub Service to upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content, that:

- You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Movement Hub official, employee, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. You agree not to employ misleading email addresses or mobile numbers or falsify information in the header, footer, return path, or any part of any communication.
- You agree not to engage in any activity which may compromise the stability or availability of the gohub Service or use the gohub Service to compromise the availability or stability of any third party site or service.
- You agree not to use the gohub Service for any unsolicited advertising or promotions.
- You agree not to upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content that contains software viruses, worms, trojan horses, time bombs, trap doors or any other computer code, files or programs or repetitive requests for information designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment or to diminish the quality of, interfere with the performance of, or impair the functionality of the gohub Service or any third party software, site, equipment or service.
- You may not use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, or the like to download data from any Movement Hub Service database.
- You may not circumvent any security measures or any payment collections methods employed on the gohub Service, or access the gohub Service after your account or access has been terminated by Movement Hub
